The job will be predominantly new business generation with some account servicing. The main part of the job will involve sales, both over the phone and face to face to generate leads and vacancies. Encompassing everything from advert writing, interviewing & quoting rates, negotiation and arranging interviews between applicants and clients. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed within a supportive and very successful team. Previous Recruitment or Account Management will be a distinct advantage. The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, you will be educated, numerate and literate with strong IT skills and be passionate about delivering the very best service to clients and applicants alike.

The job would suit someone from the recruitment industry ideally however applicants with sales experience will also be considered.
