Manpower is currently looking for a Customer Advisor for one of our Clients based in an accessible area in Stoke. This position is offering full time hours which could lead to a permanent role.

Great development and progression opportunities are in place, offering full time hours with a possibility of overtime. This role will also include safety, finance and management duties with training and support provided.

You will be mainly office based but will require customer service skills and will involve some manual handling to assist across site.

Key Accountability's

Operational;

  • Opening and closure process of site
  • Taking customer's orders by phone and at the counter
  • Completing sales and administrating functions to the highest standard
  • Completing various administrative tasks using Calor's (IT) systems
  • Includes stock and show room duties
  • Processing credits to customers
  • Reconciling the till

As such, we're looking for candidates that are:

  • Customer-oriented
  • Effective communicators backed by strong social skills
  • Punctual and good with numbers
  • Health & safety-oriented (understand the importance of compliance to [H&S] regulations
