  • To provide an effective support function for the site in all aspects of its business.
  • To identify customer needs and to provide the highest quality of service and standards to meet these needs.
  • To actively support the management of the site and take responsibility of the site, when requested, in the absence of the manager or other key players.


Key responsibilities:


  • To ensure that the resource of the site is used effectively and fairly to meet customer demand.
  • To liaise regularly with Customers, Technicians and colleagues within the Customer Experience Centre to find resolution to any issues that may arise whilst ensuring the Customers' needs are at the forefront of any decisions.
  • To effectively manage, and take accountability for, site stock (planning, ordering, loss reduction, and checking).
  • Day to day management of computer systems to ensure correct invoicing and the delivery of great Customer Service every time.
  • To actively promote and arrange Autoglass® services (e.g. Mobile service, Glass repair, Lifetime guarantee) and support the customer throughout their contact with Autoglass®
  • To contribute towards effective team working and communication, both internal and external.
  • To fully understand and take steps to positively impact site targets, results, and key performance indicators.
  • To deputise for the Operations Manager, or other key players, in her/his absence.
  • To support all opportunities to increase sales and develop the business of Autoglass® whilst supporting effective cost management and enhancing Customer Service.
  • To understand where applicable, the technical aspects of all products used by Autoglass® in its delivery of excellent customer service.
  • To be responsible for and carry out the prompt, accurate completion of invoicing, banking, archiving, and operational reports.
  • To demonstrate a high standard of health and safety practice both for self and others.
  • To carry out day to day activities in accordance with site operating standards.

Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent, including Maths and English - Essential
  • HND/HNC in Business Studies or equivalent - Desirable

Skills/Experience

    • Good communication /interpersonal skills - Essential
    • Computer literate - Essential
    • Minimum of 3 years' customer service experience - Desirable
    • Stock management experience - Desirable
    • Banking, invoicing, accounts experience - Desirable
