Campaign Reporting Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Reporting wiz to join a fresh and innovative company with big future plans! With a highly celebrated entrepreneurial culture, everyone has a real impact on the success of the business.

As part of the team you will be required to deliver lead reports to clients in a prompt manor, supplying up to date statistics and have a great eye for detail.

Key responsibilities:

• Quality controlling Lead Generation Campaigns. Collating and formatting lead reports
• Delivering Reports for Clients, Summarising the campaign process
• Keeping internal statistics up to date
• Becoming an expert in lead management platforms and collaboration tools
• Working with Account Management and Campaign Executives providing ongoing feedback on campaign performance as well as post-campaign analysis
• Identify and take proactive measures in how to address pore performing Campaigns
• Maintaining relationships and communications with clients and partners

Traits of the successful candidate

• Office based experience with a range of experience in a statistical, excel driven role
• Pc literate and quick to grasp new platforms
• Use of SPSS for a Degree would be beneficial
• Perfectionist approach with an analytical nature
• Team player with excellent work ethic
