As Technical Clerk reporting to Project Documentation Administrator you will be responsible for the recording and transmittal of all documentation and assisting the Project Document Administrator and Project Managers with project communication and administration.

Role and Responsibilities

Accurately logging all incoming documentation from clients via email and FTP server onto our clients Document Control MDR system

Assisting coordinators to get all incoming documentation approved including all changers, CN's, new or revised drawings.

Issuing updated approved drawings into allocated drawing packs with signed transmittal's.

Closely monitoring all TQ, CN and any document submissions to ensure timely close out.

Uploading Client FTP required documentation for the project.

Assisting in the collation of final documentation packs

Qualifications & Certifications

Good standard of secondary education

NVQ / Diploma or similar in business administration or equivalent.

Previous experience in an administration role in an engineering environment.

Previous experience with FTP systems.

Experience of working with Project Documentation.

Experience in working in and engineering / oil & gas / renewables environment

Skills & Knowledge

Previous experience of working within in similar environment is essential

PC Literate with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Writer (or similar) and Word.
