Machine Operator

I am currently working with a Peterborough based Client who is presently undergoing major growth and are looking to bolster their production team on a permanent basis.

As a Machine Operator, you will be reporting directly to the Production Supervisor and your key responsibilities will include:

• Working to health & safety practices at all times
• Ensuring that quality standards are met
• Performing data collection.
• Meeting production demands
• High levels of service cleaning

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive basic salary plus a £500 conduct bonus, £2k KPI bonus, skills based increments and overtime. You would also be eligible for an additional £2k for working across 3 shift patterns.
