Sales Executive -Swiss Market(German Fluent)

Manpower is Looking to recruit Sales Executive for the Swiss Market who speak German Fluently.

The Role:
To source new sales opportunities and close sales to exceed given targets by phone sales approach within the Swiss market.

Key Responsibilities :
*Delivering KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
*Manage the sales cycle through to a successful close.
*Achieve revenue and margin targets through consultative sales approach.
*Tenacious in building new business relationships with clients
*Negotiate with partners to secure the best offering for our client and their Partner.
*Identify new businesses through cold-calling and generating own appointments with local businesses
Essential Competencies/ skills :
*Can use phone sales approach
*Success in a commission based sales role
*Excellent communication in German (native level) and professional English.
*French Knowledge an advantage
*Work well independently and as part of a team
*Proficient using MS Office

Positive attitude, organized, able to prioritise, self-motivated, desire to sell, resilient, creative and enthusiastic mind-set.
