Customer Service Advisors

We are currently recruiting for one of the largest Energy Companies in the UK.

The successful candidates role, will be vital in assisting customers, who are off supply during power cuts/loss of supply, and give safety advise to callers regarding the electricity network.

Taking incoming calls on the emergency help line and updating the system with customers restoration times.

If you have previous customer service experience, this would be helpful but not essential as long as you are someone who takes pride in their work and can deliver exceptional customer service on each customer interaction.

You will be given 2 weeks excellent training to ensure you are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to deliver the level of service to customers that are required.

The role will be working 37 hours a week over 5 days - this can include some weekends (having time off in the week) hours will be between 6.30am and 11pm.

This is a temporary role to begin with which could lead to permanent for the right candidates. Paying £10.12 per hour plus £90 every week (to compensate for the early start/late finishes)
