This role is critical to the success of the On-boarding process; case facilitators must have excellent communication skills, be able to manage their own case load and cover for colleagues during absences with minimal supervision and have excellent organisational skills. Also, knowledge of Access Databases, PVA/PVR (in-house security clearance tool) and a good understanding of the On-boarding lifecycle is desirable.

As a dedicated direct report for allocated Resource Managers and Business Areas you will be required to complete all on-boarding activities from End to End, these include:

o Entering resource request on OBT database.
o Using the system to order kit
o Arranging and facilitating security clearance sessions with candidate.
o Ensuring all security documentation is acceptable. For example, Visas, passports and criminal record information
o Ensuring all documentation is signed by the candidate.
o Dealing with confidential information.
o Contacting referees via email or telephone for all employer/agency/academic references.
o Accurately updating the systems with applicant details.
o Creating Corporate Directory record and requesting account creation.
o Completing the required information and activating new start
o Issuing New Arrival Notification information prior to Day One.
o Maintaining the tracking tool to ensure the status is available and reflects the correct position in the process.
o Liaising with individual throughout the On-boarding process.

You need the ability to work under constant pressure and multi task new on boarding activities for an average of 40/50 cases at one time in all activities involved in on boarding to ensure we meet the start date deadline.
To be able to ensure rigour around the security and on-boarding process, so no breach of the security standard.
You will need to be confident in creating and presenting material to a high level at required events.
A developed ability to communicate face to face/email/telephone with resources/clients/agencies/customers and internal staff to VP level and if required communicate effectively to ensure security standards are not breached.
