Working for a SaaS based ground transportation company, we are looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager to be heavily involved in the exciting launch and set up into the market;
The Consumer Marketing Manager will lead the end to end development of the consumer brand from insights ideation, strategy to campaign management.
- Ideation / Strategy: Develop the brand and marketing strategic roadmap that drives high growth.
- Be the champion of the consumer to define and evolve the product features and functionality that deliver improved customer experience and ride usage.
- Own brand and marketing fundamentals: Integrated marketing plan, media, brand campaigns, customer experience, budget management
- Strong collaborative relationships with media, PR and creative agencies to develop campaigns and brand assets. Ensure media buying and negotiations results in strong ROI and
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to develop best in class digital and social plans
- Track and optimize activity to increase the Quality and performance. Analyse and action insights from consumer research, app statistics and customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with digital, marketing and industry trends
You will be able to demonstrate the following;
- 5+ years Marketing experience (Consumer centric)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or relevant field
- Demonstrated leadership: Able to confidently champion ideas, engage and motivate cross functional teams
- Digital marketing experience: Facebook ads Manager, Google Adwords, Ad networks, Demand site platforms and affiliates
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management within the company and externally with suppliers and agencies.
- Previous experience in an agile working environment / start-up or deep consumer driven business is desirable.
- Analytically oriented and proven track record leading very detailed and time sensitive initiatives
