We are currently recruiting a programme administrator for our client located near the Shore in Edinburgh. This is a temporary ongoing position that will start as soon as possible. You will work Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00 pm.
Our client is an independent organisation operating for over 25 years. Our client supports businesses and home owners in energy efficiency , working towards decarbonised decentralised energy systems
As a Programme administrator you will spend 75% of your day taking calls from property owners looking to make their premises more energy efficient. You will support clients in filling the correct paperwork and ensure documentation is compliant every step of the way.You will work with excel and database systems on a daily basis
In order to be considered you will have experience working to tight deadlines and to strict time constraints. You will have strong Excel skills.
Additionally you will be passionate about providing customer service.
