Telesales Professional

We are looking for a Telesales Professional … One who is responsible for generating those new business opportunities and most importantly has the talent to match solutions to our customers concerns.

Daily responsibilities:

• To make outgoing cold calls generating interest in our products and services
• Answering those all important questions and queries
• To maintain a database of potential sales and follow ups
• Be a product wiz!
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Direct prospects to the business development team if and when needed
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Individuals who will succeed in this position, will need to:

• Able to use initiative and get complete whole tasks
• Go the "extra mile"
• Perform under pressure
