We have a number of exciting opportunities working with a global market company based in Warwick to provide a high standard of both inbound and outbound telephone support and associated administrative tasks. Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers within a critical timeframe.

As a Customer Advisor you will be required to:

* Respond to all incoming calls as required

* Process outbound calls to appropriate area

* Accurately and efficiently enter information reported onto the relevant systems

* Ensure all work is carried out to the highest level of accuracy

* Ensure individual KPIs are achieved and maintained

* Adapt approach depending on customer situation

* Strive to maximise internal and external customer satisfaction

Skills and experience required:

*Excellent time-keeping and attendance history

* Exceptional telephone manner

* Motivated

* Passionate

* Proven track record of exceeding targets

* Being a team player

* Willing to take ownership and responsibility for customer requirements

* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise

* Calm under pressure and flexible in approach
