An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client is a leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Lynx & Simple are currently looking for a Shopper Delivery Executive0020based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 36.25 hour week Monday - Friday. This role is paying between £31,600 - £37,050 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Purpose:

The core purpose of the Shopper Delivery Executive is to deliver better buying of Point of Purchase (POP) through outsourced shippers and trays; liaising with our in-house marketing services team and POP suppliers, managing projects on time and in full. Regular delivery of status, spend and savings reports is required. This role will take the lead for managing the online reporting workflow tool to improve efficiency of reporting and tracking

Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination

  • To take the lead in the shopper delivery team for organising, planning and developing ways of working within the delivery executive peer group.
  • Plan implementation by liaising with the Shopper Marketing team, Customer Business Managers and Customer Account Managers, retailer contacts and third party retail execution team to optimise spend and efficiencies, reporting final instore compliance.

Shopper Marketing "better buying"

  • To project manage the planning, briefing, specification, production and delivery of shippers and trays, in line with promotional plan, liaising with the in-house marketing services team and POP suppliers to deliver on time in full maintaining links with key business partners
  • To manage projects using the online workflow tool, monitoring progress from initial briefing to final delivery, becoming the super-user for the tool

Implementation Planning

  • Plan implementation by liaising with the shopper marketing team, Customer Business Managers and Customer Account Managers, retailer contacts and third party retail execution team to optimise spend and efficiencies, reporting final instore compliance
  • To manage projects using the online workflow tool, monitoring progress from initial briefing to final delivery
  • Delivering status, spend and savings reports plus sustainability reports on time in full
  • Update Point of Sale catalogue and Digital Asset Library POP images with all POP produced
