IT Support
The Support Technician role within the IT team will be on the front line and fully integrated into the AppDynamics support system. The ideal candidate will support all employees within AppDynamics. The primary task of this position will be to troubleshoot and resolve end users issues; image, deploy and support systems; assist with day to day tasks; and troubleshoot internal network connectivity issues. Other responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance to users with any basic problems or questions they may have regarding the use of any technical systems
- Set up and configure laptops and accounts for new hires
- Provide world-class customer service with a friendly, proactive, approach
- Provide insight into user opinions on the system and help to identify problematic trends
- Document the projects you work on and systems you upgrade
- Other duties include administrative tasks and other special projects
