Position - Part Time Project Coordinator - Cardiff
Salary - £25,000 - £26,500pa pro rata (plus benefits)
Hours - 18.5 per week (6 month FTC)

We are looking for a part time Project Coordinator to join us for 6 month contract, to support our client with an important and exciting business change project. This is an opportunity to support the delivery of a key projects for this year - to develop their customer insight and put it at the heart of decision making.

We are looking for someone to:

* Lead liaison between the project team and the Project Management Office, ensuring that the project follows appropriate processes throughout
* Manage project planning, including supporting the team to work within agreed timescales
* Manage all project administration (e.g. project paperwork, activity logs, meeting minutes, agreed actions)
* Implement and manage a risk register for the project, working with the team to manage these risks
* Arrange and attend meetings with project stakeholders as required

Person specification
Essential:

* Experience of coordinating and managing the administration of large projects
* Knowledge and understanding of project management processes
* Excellent organisation and time management skills and ability to work with a team to meet agreed timescales and deadlines
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package
* Excellent communication skills and experience of working with a wide range of colleagues at all levels

Desirable:

* Project Management qualification e.g. Prince 2 qualified
* Understanding of and/or interest in research and insight (i.e. the content of the project the post will be supporting)
