On behalf of a leading Truck and Bus dealer with sites across Northern Ireland, Manpower is seeking to recruit a Parts/Aftersales Supervisor based out of their Dungannon depot.

Ideally candidates will come from a Parts or Aftersales background in the motor industry, preferably with experience in the commercial vehicle industry however this not essential.

The successful candidate will be supervising a small team of service and parts staff in a busy aftersales department, working closely with the Depot Manager to ensure smooth daily running of the parts and workshop departments.


Job Duties:

* Daily supervision of parts and service staff to ensure departments run efficiently and productively
* Lead by example as a senior point of contact within the depot
* Promote and up sell products and services to match customer needs
* Supervising driver rota's and day to day responsibilities
* Managing and measuring progress against KPI's for recovery rates
* Lead work in progress meetings and reporting to Depot Manager
* Liaising with workshop controller on workshop loading
* Updating of customer management system
* Promoting parts sales to achieve targets and ordering of parts
* Deal with customer queries in liaison with the Depot Manager
* Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and best practice and to promote this throughout the aftersales department


What we are looking for:

* Aftersales or Parts experience from the motor industry or similar
* Previous experience of supervising or managing staff is desirable
* Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service
* A strategic thinker to identify or anticipate future challenges or opportunities and take preventative measures to avoid problems
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) who can adapt to different situations
* Organisational skills and ability to follow processes
* A self-motivated and professional individual
* Working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office
