Technical Assistant

The job role is an Assistant Technician and the main duties are detailed below:

• Partnered with a skilled technician as fitting support
• Removes wipers and scuttle (not trims)
• Prepares new glass for fitment
• Once glass in place refits scuttle and wipers
• Cleans glass and work area ready to hand keys and vehicle back to the customer
• Assist technician with the loading and unloading of vans each day

You will be required and have to be:

• Able to undertake a physical role which includes manual dexterity and working outside
• Good customer service skills
• Able to work weekends as well as weekdays
• UK full driving licence desirable not essential(to include Category B, Light Commercial Vehicle >3,500kgs)
• Flexible and adaptive
• Positive mindset
