An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client's r are currently recruiting for a HR Data Analyst. This is a temporary role to start ASAP and expected to run for 4 months. The salary for this position is paying between £31,600 up to £37,050 per annum, depending on experience. The role will be based our client's Global HQ in Blackfriars, London.

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The job holder will be a core project team member and be a critical member of the HR work stream for the spreads divestment, working with the VP HR for BCS and the HR Project leads. This is a project role that will be for approximately 4 months.

We are looking for a candidate that combine proficiency in Organisation Effectiveness execution with the ability to shape the data needed for the successful completion of the intended transaction. Being able to work with the HR teams across different countries, the Finance community and external partners is critical. The job holder will need to manage data and be flexible in response to key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the development of new Organisation Effectiveness and Analytical techniques.

A core part of the role will be to work with the HR and business teams globally to ensure that we are prepared and ready for the planned transaction from start through to completion.

The role reports to the BCS HR Project Manager and will work very closely with the BCS HRVP and the Senior HR Project Manager.

JOB SUMMARY
* Work to categorise the perimeter of the divestment from an FTE and people data perspective
* Lead the HR data work stream and be "The Oracle" on all things data
* Look at new ways to present and manage transaction data for HR and Finance
* Track the project plan and work plan for the people work stream, working with external consultants
* The role will involve the use of Workday and managing large volumes of HR data

KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Proficiency in Excel is critical to this role
* Experience of managing data
* Ideally an undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline
* Attention to detail and data accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to learn fast and turn ambiguity into an opportunity for creative solutions
* 2-3 years' experience in HR Analytics
* Proficient in Workday or other HR systems is preferable
* Experience with stakeholder management
* Experience with large amounts of data
