Customer Service Advisor/Telephone Interviewer

We are currently looking for telephone interviewers to join our Newcastle office on a specific volume account team.

The right applicant will conduct interviews by telephone ensuring candidates meet all standards of position requirements, whilst obtaining and recording data on the system; therefore we do ask that you will have attention to detail for this role.

The volume team work between 8am - 8pm Monday through to Friday and Saturday 9-5, therefore we do ask that you are flexible across 5 days out of 7, 37.5hrs per week. Shifts are typically 8-4, 9-5 or 12-8.
