Manpower are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for their client in Northampton. You'll be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 0800 - 1800.
For this role you will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to be flexible when required. Most importantly, you will have the customer's needs in mind at all times, providing a first class service and always striving to go the extra mile.
Day-to-day, you will be working in a busy Head Office environment carrying out customer service and administration duties. Working for an international organisation you will have high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. As you are required to work on the phone speaking to customers you must be comfortable communicating internationally verbally and on email. This is a busy working environment where working as a team is really important to ensure the role is completed to the customers requirement, however you are also expected to work off your own initiative. Full training on the job will be given,
