Customer Care Professional
A new great opportunity has just come up at American Express!
Manpower is currently recruiting for an intake of 15 Customer Care Professionals to work on a contract with American Express. This is a temporary position from 16th July 2018 until December 2018 based in Brighton, and potentially longer term with good performance in the role.
You will be the main point of contact for a wide variety of customer queries. This may include enquiries about membership rewards, payment for bills or general complaints. You will be entirely focussed on inbound calls, as this role involves no sales or outbound calling. Full comprehensive training will be provided so that you are fully confident in handling any inquiry. You will also be rewarded with a performance based bonus in this role!
You will be working in the Customer Engagement Team to ensure you are delivering the absolute best customer service on behalf of AMEX as part of their Customer First campaign. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in customer care; however previous experience in a contact centre is not essential.
