Business Analyst

My client is looking for a driven and ambitious business analyst to join their team in Fawley for a leading Oil and Gas company. This role would include solving organisational problems by analysing business requirements, documenting processes and designing solutions. You would also conduct interviews with key project stakeholders, document and presents the results and recommend process improvements and alternative solutions, alongside assisting business users, project managers and leadership in optimising the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects.

Candidates for this role should have strong communication and presentation skills, process mapping, MS Office and be proficient in the use of Microsoft

packages i.e. Excel and PowerPoint.

Computer and mathematics degrees are desired and successful candidates should have an aptitude to learn new software such as SAP/ Tableau/ BW as these are fundamental in this role.
