Fantastic opportunity for a professional and friendly Permanent Service Implementation Coordinator to join a well-established and leading business based in Milton Keynes.
Reporting to the Service Implementation Team Leader, the Service Implementation Coordinator will work within the team to support our customers both internal and external, with an aim to provide a quick and efficient service to customers booking installations and arranging service calls for all products across the base.
As Service Implementation Coordinator your duties will include:
- To meet departmental KPI`s consistently
- To work effectively with all contractors, assisting where necessary
- Ensuring the customer expectation is managed through timely communication, and flow of information to a satisfactory conclusion
- Responsible for keeping all documentation up to date, appropriately logged and filed including daily management boards
- Processing customer payments where necessary
- Customer contact using telephone and emails
- Ensuring that engineers receive daily work sheets on time every time
- Responsible for the accurate and concise flow of information to the engineering team
- Responsibilities other than those described above, within the capability and level of the position, which may be required from time to time
- Invoicing customers for de/re installations, cancellations
- Raising purchase orders in SAP
- Where necessary take ownership of specific customer(s) to improve our customer satisfaction and ultimately try and assist the business in churn reduction
Skills required:
- Great people and Customer Service skills and an excellent telephone manner is essential
- Must be a quick learner and have a thirst for knowledge
- Sound computer skills to include, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have the ability to adapt to bespoke software packages
- Experience in working with SAP would be an advantage
- An interest in GPS/GSM technology would be an advantage
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm
Salary : Up to £20,500
