Job Title: IT Field Engineer (warranty repairs)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 2 months only

Shifts: 5 days per week - Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay - LTD Company applicants only - £160 per day all in

Role

The work is to attend collection and depot each day; pickup spares carry our repairs on Lenovo kit in regions. There will be 6/7 fixes per day at various sites and then drop legacy returns back to depot.

Engineer to provide their own car and have their own laptop, phone & active email address

ID Badge and Basic tool kit will be provided by Manpower (Candidates will purchase and we pay on expenses)

Engineer will need to complete an online course prior to attendance for onsite training

We will provide classroom training for one or two days

1/2 x day tech overview

Skills

The right candidate must have 1 -3 years' experience in Field Work and carrying our repairs or dealing with IT Support. Excellent Customer facing Skills and can work quickly in repairing items

Problem solving capability

Experience in dealing with customers and managing customer relationships at many levels

Ability to work alone without assistance or supervision

Resolve customer hardware/software PC problem tickets.

A technical knowledge of the supported platform is required as well as a working knowledge of the hardware.

Resolve tickets within the customer SLA and obtain a high Customer Sat. Rating.

Good communication skills are required.
