Job Details
Manpower is currently recruiting for a Senior Resourcing Advisor to work on a 12-month contract with West Sussex County Council. The role is based in Chichester.
Your role will be to manage the provision of resourcing across your service and you will be the resourcing subject matter expert for the management of Agencies. To proactively work with management to ensure that resourcing needs are identified and filled professionally and in a timely manner. To undertake a proactive approach to sourcing the best candidates, building resourcing pipelines and cutting down costs in the areas of resourcing particularly agency and temporary rates. You will report to the Resourcing Manager and lead the relationship with the Agencies, ensuring value for money and management of commercial liabilities, and will take on additional responsibilities as necessary to support resourcing for the Council.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in recruitment, experience liaising with agencies and excellent communication skills.
