What's in it for you? A basic salary between 18-25k depending on experience, real career progression with the chance to obtain your qualifications in insurance to work with a friendly well established team of consultants, hours of work 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays a month 8.30-12.30 only.

Our client is seeking a professional, ambitious, career minded individual to join their specialist Private Clients Insurance team in High Wycombe.

The successful candidate will be able to deal confidently over the telephone with both clients and specialist underwriters. Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships. Demonstrate strong communication skills and a drive to achieve sales KPI's

Ideally, you will have a good standard of general education with background in either Private Client or High Net Worth Home Insurance or sales, banking or finance however they will consider anyone who has sales experience delivering high end customer service.

Full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications.
