Talent Acquisition Coordinator

60% Global Talent Acquisition Operations
Areas of Responsibilities:
*Support implementation of GTA transformation model including leading transition activities
*Facilitate data collection for GTA from various systems including Taleo, HtR etc.
*Provide data analytics against defined SLAs and KPIs
*Captures issue escalations in various markets and works with the CoE and RPO for resolution
*Recommend, implement, and/or plan for improvements to new integrated or existing process support mechanisms including but not limited to partner (RPO) information systems and client systems.
*Provides access to candidate & vacancy information through both standard reporting and customized analytical/statistical analysis to drive business decision making.
*Maintains, develops, and revises all manuals, tables, governance, and documentation.
*Supports Budget & Finance maintenance & analytics: back-up files and invoice approval against Taleo hires.
*Work closely with the GTA CoE and HR Service Delivery to resolve Global Background Check(GBC) issues and escalations
*Monitor, capture and publish regional (EMEA) GBC data to identify areas of process improvements
*Work collaboratively with the HRSD and FADV personnel to extract data to lead to process improvements

40% External Workforce/ Contingent Talent program
Areas of Responsibilities:
*Cultivate and manage external workforce relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal service levels to the enterprise through consistent and impactful performance metrics
*Deliver adherence to compliance/local regulations and audit support across all aspects of External Workforce operations
*Monitor and work with the EW supplier to publish metrics to achieve high performance and ensure the adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs
*Support the global RFP process for External workforce/ contingent talent category by collecting required data, participating in data analysis, supplier presentations etc.
*Partners with country CRM in aligning communication strategy and support of Hiring Managers and respective MSPs, MSSs or regional supplier team members (support of HR Operating Model and status of Evolution in respective country).
*Partner with CRM in certain projects/issues that have to do with local law
*Point of contact for external clients for any potential risk/exposure from an AWD or employment law perspective (i.e. potential ER issues)
*Maintain the NMP SAP profiles for all supplier's team to maintain system access and completion of relevant myLearning activities

*Accurate and attentive to details
*Project Management Experience
*5 years experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
*Exposure/ experience in the Contingent labor/ MSP company
