JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be interested in joining our client is a major steel fabricator looking to increase design resource within their Teesside office. They are looking for all levels of experience.

You will be competent, self-motivated, and capable of operating under minimum supervision. Able to complete an initial contract period of three months, with the flexibility to continue into for extended period.

You will be able to provide TEKLA Modelling from a client's drawings fabrication and fitting drawings to support all projects. Checking of models and drawings, Editing and back draughting, raise RFI's as and when required. Liaise with client's team to discuss any project design related issues.

Candidates will need to demonstrate:

Good experience, knowledge and well conversed with TEKLA 3D modelling.

Capable of modelling steel /structures within TEKLA which includes 3D Model, Approval drawings for submission to client, GA drawings for component and Fabrication drawings.

Checking and editing of own work to meet and ensure quality and industry standards

Ensure that all models and drawings are delivered to project fabrication programme.

Any experience in BIM building structures modelling (desirable)
