An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client a leading Global FMCG company are currently recruiting for a H.R. Data Specialist. This is a temporary role to start ASAP and is expected to run for 12 months. The location for the role will be based at their prestigious site in Leatherhead, Surrey. The salary for this role is paying up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Role:

As Data Specialist supporting the NW Europe & ANZ Business Unit you play a key role in delivering a great employee experience by owning the end to end HR systems and data management. As first point of contact to the HRBP's you are a key player to ensure HR processes and activities are conducted in an accurate and timely manner. As A systems and data expert you provide excellent support and insights in HR activities for all key employee moments (e.g. contract creation, on boarding activities, creating and changing position numbers, job changes, data corrections, pay related changes, leave of absences, time off, exit). You know how to generate and use data and therefore you provide valuable insights and analytics to your (HR) colleagues.

Main/Key Accountabilities:

You will be:

  • The expert on HR systems and tools such as Workday, Ariba,
  • Accountable to deliver HR reporting to provide valuable insight and to enhance operational effectiveness for the NW Europe & ANZ Business Unit.
  • Key in promoting data based organizational decisions, using 100% accurate HR data management across the systems.
  • Working with other specialists internally (e.g Finance, pension fund, pay rolling) and externally (e.g. Infosys and other providers) to get all the work done.
  • Working with the HRBP's to deliver a great employee experience by delivering operational support to all day to day HR activities.
  • Managing different priories and deadlines at the same time whilst remaining aware of deliver a great experience to employees, line managers and your HR colleagues.

Skills & Experience:

  • Great with Excel (e.g. Formula's, V-Look up, Reports, Pivot tables).
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in HR or in data & system management roles.
  • Proven advanced knowledge with (HR) information systems. Knowledge of Workday is preferred
  • Spot needs and problems proactively and address these by using a logical, systematic, sequential and empathetic approach.
  • High level of data accuracy
  • Capable to work independently in an organized and structured way as well as being able to collaborate in team. Able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Not easily stressed by managing different, often conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Fire up when there is a challenge but remain your cool when there are multiple priorities or peaks in workload.
  • You want to deliver smiles by delivering great support and service.
  • Like to work in a dynamic, complex, international and ever-changing environment.
  • You love to work in a great team of HR professionals!
