Overview
To be responsible for the successful delivery of permanent recruitment services to a defined client group, being accountable for managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval through to candidate acceptance. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be pivotal in building strong stakeholder & hiring manager relationships, developing the strategic direction (in conjunction with broader team) and driving added value initiatives to the recruitment process for their designated client groups.
Responsibilities will include:
To build strong relationships with key stakeholders across their business areas, raise the visibility of the Recruitment Team through regular stakeholder / hiring manager meetings.
Provide guidance to Hiring Managers in relation to the most appropriate sourcing strategies.
Work with key stakeholders on future recruitment needs, forecast planning and succession opportunities.
Proactively market Experis and the service provided.
Design, develop and deliver relevant market or specialist presentations to key stakeholders.
To work with hiring managers to formulate a detailed recruitment plan for all vacancies released to ensure a strong candidate pipeline can be provided for each vacancy.
To keep managers informed on the progress of their vacancies/contract extensions.
To work with closely with their business areas to build strong relationships with key stakeholders so that they are able to offer advice and support around recruitment plans, market trends, forecasting, potential cost savings and recruitment best practice.
To provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers.
To develop creative solutions to generate candidates and where appropriate develop and sustain good working relationships with recruitment suppliers - resourcing CVs for vacancies as required.
Provide CV and interview feedback to candidates and managers.
To review all external recruitment with the hiring manager once completed.
To work to ensure that they all Experis KPIs and account targets across recruitment are met.
To identify opportunities to cross sell other Experis products within the account.
To complete project work as required - e.g. training sessions within the team, review recruitment processes and supporting documentation with HR.
To work closely with the resourcing team and coordinators to ensure all delivery SLAs are met - CV submission, organising of interviews, offers.
To work closely with the delivery team to share Client knowledge - new projects, forecast planning
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Extensive recruitment experience with a track record of success
Must be able to liaise at a high level with clients and must be positive, decisive, driven and forward thinking.
Good reasoning skills and ability to screen and interview applicants and make sound judgments on suitability.
Excellent presentations skills
Strong reporting skills
Organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent telephone skills (basic sales, message handling, service etc).
Good understanding of clients' market sector & knowledge of competitors.
Negotiation skills and problem solving skills.
Strong technical knowledge.
Ability to project professionalism and personality on the phone and face to face.
Must be able to communicate with impact and confidence and have ability to influence at all levels.
Ability to network within large client sites and build structures.
Resilient, tough minded with a flexible attitude.
Empathy with clients' goals and objectives - proactive in meeting these and developing ways of increasing the presence of Experis and clients success.
Achievement Orientation - Highly motivated with a positive approach and drives activities through to conclusions.
Required Experience
Demonstrable track record in permanent and/or contract recruitment
Experience of working on a large and complex account
Prior experience in a on-site environment would be highly advantageous or ability to demonstrate awareness of demands of this type of environment especially for the on-site interviews with the client
Experience of doing on site interviews with clients - including competency based interviewing
Experience of managing client situations
