The role is a customer facing role the ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both face to face, using e-mail and using a telephone. The daily duties include management of internal stock of machine consumables, attending on site calls to printers and multi-functional devices to replenish consumables (Toner cartridges).
There is a requirement to update account tracking documents and update databases so a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is essential.
Candidates should be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. Training is provided and with on the job training.
