A field based Service Engineer is required to work for a major UK client repairing hardware and software on PC's, Laptops, Tablets and peripheral office equipment efficiently through problem solving capability and a proactive approach.

Field working experience is essential along with a good working knowledge of PC hardware, BIOS, etc. There will be 6/7 fixes per day at various sites resolving tickets within the customer SLA whilst maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Rating.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette. Be able to follow policies and procedures, demonstrate the ability to work well with a minimal amount of supervision.

A good knowledge of Windows 7 to 10 OS and Microsoft Office Word, Excel are preferable. Reporting to the Area Service Delivery Manager, ensuring set performance levels are maintain on a Personal, Team, Area level, examples Call Response Delivery, Productivity, Service Call updates and Inventory returns process followed.
