E.ON Part Time Customer Service Advisor - Anneseley

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary customer service advisor based in Annesley

Due to continued growth, E.ON is looking for an experienced customer service representative to join their team on a temporary, Part Time basis.

In this role you'll also benefit from annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays).

  • Hourly rate £9.15 per hour
  • Length of assignment: 4 week rolling contract
  • Hours: Part Time - Monday - Friday preferably 4pm - 8pm and Saturday between 9am - 5pm
  • Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays)

Job Purpose:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Solutions Contact Centre and offer EON customers the latest in Solar and Battery Storage Technology. To energetically and enthusiastically work as part of a high performing solutions contact centre and to help deliver key targets. You will speak directly with a potential new or existing customer to derive the most value out of each contact we have with them on a range of solutions available. You will manage your own workload to respond to new and existing referrals where a customer has shown interest in our product. Using customer service skills to promote the company and the E.ON brand, its products and services in order to improve the delivery of solutions for our customers

Key Skills:

Previous experience in a fast paced call centre environment is desirable

Previous Customer Service experience.

Able to communicate effectively and concisely

Professional attitude
