We have a great opportunity to join an industry leading organisation based in Aston, Birmingham as a Recruitment Administrator.

You will be required to look after the internal recruitment ensuring it is a smooth and efficient transition as well as supporting the HR team with daily administration tasks.

As a Recruitment Administrator you will be required to:

  • Posting job adverts
  • Filtering responses from job adverts and shortlisting
  • Responding to applicants within given timescales
  • Dairy management and co-ordination interviews
  • Liaising with external agencies
  • Dealing with all administration relating to offer process
  • Updating in house systems

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Previous admin / recruitment experience
  • Desirable experience of using Talao System
  • IT Literate (MS packages)
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Calm under pressure and flexible approach
  • Team player
  • Motivated

Monday to Friday either can work 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00

Salary - £18,000 to £20,000
