A fantastic opportunity to join our growing team of IT Service Desk Agents in Chesterfield. This is an ideal role for someone taking their first step into an IT career.

You will be the single point of contact for end users, responding to a variety of IT issues including user access rights, password resets, fault resolution and incident logging. You will use excellent customer service and problem solving skills to ensure that customer IT issues are fixed first time.

Whilst previous experience of working in a call centre and/or customer service environment is advantageous, we also want to hear from people with excellent communication skills, great telephone manner, a professional attitude, and a strong interest in IT. With training available, we are confident that you will have the support required to make the transition.

Please note that successful applicants will be required to undergo Her Majesty's Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment vetting. This includes verification of your identity, criminal record, nationality, and immigration status. We also require evidence of your employment/ education history over the last 3 years. We may also require an overseas criminal record check if you have spent more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 3 years. Further information will be given at assessment stage.
