Job Overview:

This is a back office role:

  • Digital Contact Management CCP American Express Customer Care Professionals deliver extraordinary care by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries
  • The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent levels of service to American Express Corporate Card members and clients
  • We need a Finnish/Swedish speaking Customer Care Professional to assist with our day to day e-mail and case management
  • The individuals will be responsible for overseeing the daily input of work for Corporate Groups; therefore corporate knowledge is ideal

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals and to departmental quality standards
  • Raising cases to specific groups, providing key support to those teams/groups where necessary. Working specific cases to drive down CRT (case resolution time)
  • Effective communication with internal business partners to facilitate required activities and provide support
  • Strong attention to detail capturing Client details to fully understand problems and acting upon missing information

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent Relationship and Communication Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to perform in fast paced changing environment
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel etc
