Description:


The primary purpose of this role is to support and administer the day to day Third Party Learning Services including:

  • Support the ongoing provision, administration and maintenance of financial activities including but not limited to ensuring accurate/correct billing, validating invoices and monitoring and managing purchase orders.
  • Support and participate in projects and activities ranging from leading after action reviews (AARs) to implementing process improvement efforts

Key Job Functions:

  • Ensure that all elements of the Procure to Pay process are managed efficiently and effectively
  • Take responsibility for raising purchase orders and chasing invoice payments for key global suppliers
  • Advise and support internal Client requestors on the process that they need to follow to raise purchase orders for suppliers
  • Effectively respond to enquiries from Client customers and vendors
  • Manage central learning budgets by ensuring that local cost centres are cross charged appropriately.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting to monitor and manage the performance of the service and track learning spend.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Team oriented, flexible and collaborative approach
  • Proven planning and organisational skills and able to multi-task and problem solve
  • Strong EXCEL skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and team sites
  • Able to consult, communicate and build relationships with customer and vendors
  • Able to prioritise multiple projects whilst ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Client processes in CERPS required to raise a purchase order and pay an invoice
  • Working knowledge of the process for cross charges in Client
  • Experience of working with external learning providers/contractors
