Customer Administrator
Location: - Annesley.
Hourly Rate: - £8.70
Hours:- 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Manpower is working with a client based near Annesley Nottingham. Our client is well established looking for a candidate to become a part of their administration team.
As a Customer Administration you will be responsible for:-
- Processing customer banking cheques.
- Ensuring accurate records are updated on systems.
- Processing invoices.
- Contacting customers.
- Obtaining purchase order number.
- Updating various tracking systems.
- Working within a fast pace environment whilst ensuring 100% accuracy.
Experience/Skills needed to be successful:-
- Excel experience - Must be able to input data on Excel accurately
- Have strong IT skills - full training will be given for internal systems.
- Be able to work within a fast pace environment.
- Happy to work towards targets.
- Able to process information which needs high levels of accuracy.
