Business Development Manager
A new opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our Inside Sales team in Erskine. The role will be responsible for driving increased knowledge of Veeam Solutions to both Inside Sales Representatives and the Channel via the PBM community.
The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for developing the Veeam 'market' within Inside Sales Erskine and responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the business goals and targets
- Developing the Inside Sales Veeam Business Plan
- Implementing the strategy
- Supporting / providing enablement / education
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing product advice and sales support for Inside Sales Representatives. Through a combination of attending customer/partner calls, team meetings, product training & ISR coaching the candidate will support and drive delivery of incremental Veeam revenue & margin performance across all sales teams.
Working with the sales reps to increase pipeline and transaction numbers and assist reps in closing opportunities, whilst ensuring that the UK&I performance for Veeam is operating at the maximum 'return'.
The candidate will also be responsible for creating reports to Management & Veeam, engaging on scheduled calls with the local Veeam and client stakeholders to review monthly and quarterly forecasts, to plan business development activities and to resolve issues.
