Data Input Assistant

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently recruiting for a DATA INPUT ASSISTANT. This role will be open for 3-6 months and is a full time position working 36.25 hours per week. This vacancy is based in Unilever's prestigious facility at LEATHERHEAD, SURREY, and this role will be Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is paying up to £23K per annum, pro rata.

Main purpose of the Job:

To ensure accurate and timely input of Unilever's eCommerce visual assets (images) into an internal digital asset management system (The Asset Bank - TAB) and to our retailer's (Amazon's) content portal

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Upload completed Unilever visual assets (images) to Unilever's digital asset management system (The Asset Bank - TAB) and to Amazon's content portal. Working closely with the design team producing the assets to ensure timely upload of completed assets
• Track the number of assets uploaded
• Communicate and work with Unilever's Amazon team to notify them of completed and uploaded assets to be pushed to the Amazon site
• Reports relevant issues quickly and works with the Project Manager to resolve
• Support the broader agile squads in delivery, as needed
