My client is a large Irish Construction Manufacturer based in West Dublin. They are now looking to add an additional Accounts Payable Assistant to their finance team.

This is a full time, permanent position with benefits.

Salary: €30K - €32K, (plus incentive) plus Pension

Location: West Dublin.

Time: Monday - Friday. 8.30am - 5.00pm. No late evenings. Early Friday finish. (Maybe flexi start)

Job role:

Assist AP team to effectively resolve escalated Accounts Payable issues
Developing solid working relationships with vendors who have high volume and high value invoices
Work with invoice payment runs.
Investigate and resolving rejected payments and cash receipts in bank reconciliations.
Follow up on AP related issues and assist team to revolve them
Assist team with reconciliation of creditor accounts
Bank and supplier reconciliations
Assist in investigating queries from customers and suppliers
Your Skills:

Ideally 2 years' experience in a busy Accounts Payable or Finance team.
Ability to work on own initiative and with the team. We are looking for driven individuals.
Good working knowledge of Excel
Ability to work effectively in a busy team.
