Are you looking to become part of an established but growing business which places marketing at the core of its success? Are you a marketing generalist who is looking to gain further insight into how an effective marketing strategy is contrived and implemented?

We have an awesome opportunity to join our fast growing client who are leaders in luxury health resorts across Europe.

While your primary focus will lie in offering support to the CMO and marketing teams, you will also have touching points with creative agencies, help manage social media channels and marketing projects including new website launches, employer branding as well as content creation.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee creative projects and manage the workflow for the creative team, ensuring that all creative projects are completed on time.
  • Ensure any creative changes are being implemented holistically and complies with our tone of voice and brand guidelines
  • Assist the Group Head of Marketing and Marketing Managers with the creation, planning and successful implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Support monthly reporting cycle
  • Create engaging copy for campaigns, emails, website etc. which is to be adapted for local markets by marketing teams
  • Organise and project manage photo-shoots with the assistance of local marketing team
  • Oversee and provide leadership support to the Marketing Assistants with regards to writing, editing and posting of social media content

Your profile:

  • Degree level or other relevant educational qualification
  • 3 years relevant experience, ideally working at assistant level in a luxury-related field
  • Proven track record of commercial success in previous businesses and KPI delivery in Marketing
  • Excellent knowledge and delivery of CRM strategies and innovative initiatives to maximize consumer insight and intelligence
  • Good understanding of digital channels (PPC, Display, Affiliate, SEO, etc.)
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Fluent English is mandatory, fluency in German, French, Dutch or Italian is desirable
