Learning Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG Company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a Global Ecommerce Learning Specialist to work at their prestigious facility in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying between £31600k - £37050k per annum, pro rata. Salary will depend on experience.

Background:

This role will support the eCommerce Learning Lead with coordination of learning solutions design, deployment and infrastructure. The eCommerce environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial. The team we support are global and move at speed. We are developing the learning solutions that enable our teams to work in eCommerce and continuously pioneer new areas of expertise in the eCommerce space.

Main Purpose:

To support the coordination of Learning and Development activities for the eCommerce Team and drive the #ILearnEveryDay culture. To support the accessibility of learning for all Teams across the globe through relevant platforms and regular updates on communication channels. To build learning pathways, videos and e-modules (using internal technology) on key learning priorities such as data and performance marketing.

Key Accountabilities:

Support the learning lead in the design of learning resources e.g. e-modules, pathways (Degreed), videos and face to face learning tools
* Develop learning solutions on Data and Performance Marketing
* Support the deployment of a large -scale change programme globally
* Run regular reports and provide management information on completion of training globally
* Draft up team communications (via portal, e-news, chatter) on a monthly basis and co-ordinate the creation of communication videos
* Maintain the SharePoint and other relevant information platforms used by the team
* Provide support in creation of training materials and tools and upload on to the relevant sites
* Be an expert on learning technology available for creation of and housing of learning solutions (e.g. Wrapper, Easy Generator) in order to support the Marketing Learning Business Partner
* Run training sessions for new starters on current learning solutions and guidance for their first 90 days.

Experience:

Learning design and skills development experience desirable
* An understanding of global matrix organisations and how learners can be reached effectively
* Able to project manage and lead change efficiently and effectively
* Previous experience in L&D administration or other HR administration
* Tech savvy e.g. Microsoft Office, Learning Hub, Learning technologies
* Running and interpreting reports (good excel skills)
