Senior OEM Planner/Buyer

Currently to our office in Caldicot we are looking for an experienced Senior OEM Planner/Buyer who will be a part of our global team.

Responsibilities:

• Review OEM products as assigned for Global warehouses to ensure stocking level and customer service levels are met.
• Publish a rolling 12-month purchase plan as required
• Ensure that all customer facing departments have the most up-to-date information to enhance their interaction with customers
• Responsible for setting inventory levels, buffers and replenishment strategies for the assigned product categories
• Maintain appropriate material master data in MRP well as other planning parameters for assigned product categories
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Planning environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to persuade and build consensus.
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• DRP experience required, SAP experience preferred
• Excel/Qword/PowerPoint advanced level

Education:

• College Diploma or Bachelor degree in business or supply chain equivalent
