I am currently recruiting for a part time 24/30 hours a week Administrator for our client based in YO26 Nether Poppleton York, this is a temporary rolling contract paying £9.00 per hour.

GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Managing and maintaining electronic diaries, arranging meetings, communicating arrangements, minute taking and ensuring actions are monitored to completion;
  • Dealing with enquiries by telephone, email or letter;
  • Co-ordinating and communicating information within the Service, including gathering and preparing information
  • Essential Requirements

  • Significant administrative experience including experience of electronic diary management, organising meetings and minute taking;
  • Excellent numeracy and written communication skills with good attention to detail and the ability to produce letters, emails and reports to a high level of accuracy;
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise competing demands and work under pressure in a busy environment to meet strict deadlines;
  • The ability to exercise tact and diplomacy and deal with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times
