Currently, we are looking for Service Solutions Specialist to join our Channel Support Team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide quotes for services to Partners, Distributors and Direct customers where Mitel is providing services
  • Managing ticket queues on the OTRS ticketing system, adhering to all formal and informal SLAs
  • To answer email and telephone enquiries from Mitel partners relating to Mitel product and services as well as managing the response to technical queries, liaising with technical staff as appropriate

DUTIES:

  • Answering telephone calls and emails from Mitel's channel partners and service customers
  • Developing quotes with input from other teams within the business
  • Work with the contract renewals team to ensure that maintenance contracts are renewed on time.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with external and internal customers
  • Ability to communicate strongly both verbally and in written form
  • Maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multi task and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
