A fantastic position has arisen for an administrator within the learning and development team in an organisation located in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

The skills and experiences desired for this role are:

  • Good experience of using office computer programmes including Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent phone manner

Administrator will be required to carry out various responsibilities within the role such as:

  • Filing, photocopying, shredding as required
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries
  • Ordering equipment/training sessions/venues etc
  • Booking training dates/venues as required
  • Adding training sessions onto database

The candidate should ideally have previous experience within an office environment and worked in administration before. You will communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing and have good customer service skills.

This is an on-going temporary role; hours will be allocated as of success.
