You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of dynamic, enthusiastic and ambitious Account Managers on a daily basis. You will be the contact point for all team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Motivate & empower a team of >10 Account Managers whose roles span service, relationship
and business development
- Communicate the clear vision and strategy for the French market
- Train, coach and build the team's capabilities
- Establish relationships across functions to build new ideas & improvements in our products
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics; Implement, analyse & continually improve
best practice using the automated reporting suite
- Identify system & workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, clear goals where
performance is recognised, accomplishments are rewarded and success celebrated
Essential Competencies/ skills:
- Track record of delivery in a team lead role in B2B Account Management and/or Service
role(s) (3 - 5 years)
- Fluent (written/oral) French & working proficiency in English. A second major European
language is a plus
- Organised, with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
- Experience in people management & leading teams
- Enjoys the challenge of meeting & beating targets
- Can utilise data to deliver actionable insights
- Motivating approach & communication style
- Efficient using MS Office, experience with CRM tools an advantage
- Strong organisational, time-management and decision-making skills
