Sales Negotiator, Sunderland

Salary - £16,000 - £18,000 OTE £25,000 - £30,000

Hours of work are Mon-Fri; 09:00-17:00 and 1 in 4 Sat/Sun

Working out of one of our clients prominent branches, you will work collaboratively with our team in order to manage your own portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility will be to advertise and market your property portfolio to registered buyers and prospective clients in order to achieve a quick sale offer. Your duties will include registering clients, organising and arranging viewings and valuations, collating and distributing viewing feedback as well as advising the best marketing options for each individual vendor. You will also be tasked to progress sales including liaising with vendors, purchasers and solicitors from the moment an offer is submitted up until completion. Other duties include the management of your own diary as well as the management of the diary for our Valuer and accompanied viewer as well as the maintenance of the office window displays.

Experience

It is preferred that the post holder has previous experience within the estate agency industry however this is not essential. It is however an essential requirement of the role that you have previous experience within sales based role or environment.
